Enough bull...finally the boxer!

This week we want to introduce you to the famous boxer breed, another brachycephalic dog that we love. Boxers are quite popular; in fact, they are the 6th most registered dogs with the AKC in 2009. Boxers are definitely an American favorite and we know why, Boxers are adorable, friendly, relatively healthy, family oriented, silly, hyper, and protective dogs. Another reason for their popularity is versatility. The boxer is such a versatile breed. Boxers are used in obedience, agility, herding, service dogs, and family pets. Last month we went to an AKC dog show in Southern California where we saw golden retrievers and boxers. We had so much fun and met some really amazing dogs and people.
